House rules
Check-in is from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Private and express check-in and check-out are available, and the front desk is open 24 hours.
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the accommodation type, so please check the conditions of your selected option when you book.
Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 9 and above are charged as adults. An extra bed for guests aged 3 and above costs US$25 per person, per night on request and subject to availability.
Pets are allowed free of charge. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Cash and the usual payment cards are accepted. There is no age requirement for check-in.

Yes. Free public parking is available nearby and no reservation is needed.
Is there an airport shuttle?
An airport shuttle and shuttle service are available at an additional charge, and the team assists with transfers to and from the port.
How close is the beach?
Ukulhas Beach is about 100 m from the property, a walk of a couple of minutes.
Is the property suitable for families?
Yes. Family rooms, a child friendly buffet, babysitting services at an additional charge, and board games are available, and children of all ages are welcome.
Is there a swimming pool or spa?
There is no swimming pool or spa on site. Beach chairs and loungers are available and the beach is a short walk away.
